Overview

This document provides guidance on collecting log files, an essential process in diagnosing agent and network-related issues. It includes instructions on how to securely send these files to our Support Team using a dedicated script that manually collects and sends the logs to our servers.


Sending Check Point SASE Logs and Diagnostics Automatically

  1. Click Support.
  2. Select Send Logs to Support.

Following these steps, a collection of logs will be automatically compiled and sent to the Check Point SASE Support Team for analysis.
