Transition of Web Filtering and Malware Protection Logs to Infinity Events

Beginning January 2025,  Harmony SASE Web Filtering and Malware Protection logs, part of the Harmony SASE Internet Access product, will be accessible exclusively through Infinity Events in the Infinity Portal.
This transition centralizes log management within the Infinity Portal, providing a unified and enhanced view of your security events, including new visibility for allowed traffic.

      Enhanced Web Filtering Log Visibility

With this change, Harmony SASE will log allowed web traffic in addition to existing logs for denied and warning actions. This expanded visibility provides valuable insights into your network's traffic patterns, helping administrators monitor and analyze the majority of permitted web traffic.

Accessing these logs through Infinity Events enables deeper enhanced traffic analysis and security insights.

      Important Action Required

      Create an Infinity Portal Account

An active Infinity Portal account is required to access logs in Infinity Events. Follow these steps to create your account:

Open the Infinity Portal Registration Page

Visit the Infinity Portal and select the option to create a new account.

A password is not required for accounts with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled.

Once your account is created, proceed to the next step to ensure log access in Infinity Events.

      Contact Support for Workspace Syncing

After setting up an Infinity Portal account, contact our Customer Success Team to sync your Harmony SASE workspace name with your Infinity Portal account. This syncing is essential for automated log forwarding.
