    Reclaim Access after an IdP Lock

      Article Summary

      If you've successfully configured an IDP integration, however, you are unable to login to the Harmony SASE Platform or apps, please go through the following steps:

      1. Go to (insert your workspace name instead of myworkspace).
      2. Insert your email address.
      3. Select Sign in using email and password and enter your initial Harmony SASE credentials.

      Make sure to configure your settings so you can use your IDP Admin APIs. If you're the administrator, you can select Continue on the Connection's Settings page to do so. If not, provide the URL you're given to your administrator so the required settings can be adjusted.

      Make sure your configuration is according to our official guides (Google, Okta, OneLogin, or any other).
