I changed my mobile and need to reset Google two-factor authentication

 

After changing your mobile you may need to configure the Google two-factor authentication on the new mobile phone.

1. Your administrator or owner can reset this you, by logging on the web administration platform, selecting the Team in the Management Portal on the left side and selecting the three-dotted menu (...) beside your name:

2. Select Reset Database 2FA.

The system will prompt a confirmation message:

You will get a mail confirmation with the two-factor authentication reset, select the link to re-activate your 2FA:

The Google authentication configuration screen will appear:
