After changing your mobile you may need to configure the 2FA Google Authenticator on the new mobile phone.
Your administrator or owner can reset this you, by logining on the web administration platform, go ing to the team tab and pressing the 3-dots menu on the right of your name:
Choose reset 2FA:
The system will prompt a confirmation message:
You will get a mail confirmation with the 2FA reset, press on the link to re-activate your 2FA:
The google authentication configuration screen will appear:
