Why am I receiving an end user access error message while configuring the 3rd party identity provider (IDP)?

After configuring your 3rd party IDP (G-Suite, Okta, JumpCloud, LDAP), your end users are denied access to the SSO of the IDP. The reason this may be occurring is that the IDP groups synchronization with Perimeter81 is not correct.

To fix this issue, please login into the management portal with your admin credentials, and enter the settings section. Next, under the security tab follow the steps below:


Click on the lock icon:


and remove 'All Users' from the limit access by group page:


This will allow all users to connect:
