Enable/Disable Public VPN Servers

How to toggle user access to Perimeter 81 “Public Servers”:

Enter the Settings area in the side left menu. Then click the middle tab, Configuration. You will see a toggle switch, allowing the administrator to allow or restrict access to all of our Perimeter 81 Public Servers.

These are shared global IP addresses, which rotate periodically and are not recommended for whitelisting access to confidential resources. Creating a Private VPN Server instead will achieve this goal.

We enable this functionality for customers want to take advantage of a Private VPN server for restricting access to their confidential resources and to take advantage of the anonymous global IP's we provide for other business use cases.
