The majority of the time this occurs when there is a problem related to your Identity Provider. If you have disabled the standard Identity Database, you are most likely using another provider. For example, you are using G-Suite Authentication.
There is no need to manually invite users. You will need to manually send the download links to your colleagues, who can sign in to your Perimeter 81 workspace without any further activity or invite process needed from you.
