If the returned location is not correct, most likely the Public Database of the IP Locations is not updated.
First, please check your IP here.
If the result is not the expected one, please perform another test by opening google.com or apple.com. These sites will re-direct you correctly (for example if your gateway is the Nederlands you will see Google Nederlands or Apple Nederlands sites), your server is on the right location, and the database will be updated soon.
