Why am I receiving a "Max Session Limit" error warning when I sign in?

This error appears when a user has already connected five devices and is trying to login with another device. Each user is allowed to connect with five different devices and two private keys at the same time.

In order to connect to a new device, you must sign out from one of the previous devices you've logged in or ask your administrator to force log out one of the other devices.

1. Select Settings.

 2. Select Manage Devices from the three-dotted menu (...).

 3. The list of devices will be shown. Select Log Out for the selected device:

 After this device has been logged out, you will now be able to log in to a new device.
