Why I'm getting N/A and not able to connect?

While you are trying to connect to the app you are receiving an "N/A"  or the message "There are no available locations" as shown in the picture:

This means you do not have access to any server, nor a private server or a public Server.

If your company have a private server:

The reason for this error is because the user is not part of the 'all users group' or any other group.

To solve this, please contact your team admin to make sure that your user is assigned to the 'all users group'.

After you have been inserted into the ' all users group', please log out and log back in to reload the list of private servers.

If your company does not have a private server:

The reason you are receiving this error is that the 'Public VPN Locations' functionality is not enabled.

To solve this, please contact your team admin to make sure the 'Public VPN Locations' functionality is enabled, as shown below.

Once enabled, please log out and log back in to reload the list of the servers.
