We offer several different plans and every organization can find a plan that best fits its need. Each plan is scalable and if you wish, you can always choose to change your plan.
How can I upgrade my plan?
1. To upgrade your plan, open the menu at the top-right corner and select Billing.
2. In the Manage Plan tab, select Change Plan as shown below.
3. In the next screen, you will able to choose the plan you would like to upgrade.
By default, you will start with the Basic Plan.
We currently offer two different billing cycles: Monthly and Annual. Choosing annual payments will save you 20%.
You can change your billing cycle by selecting the toggle bar on the left of the Change Plan screen.
(Top-right corner menu -> Billing -> Manage Plan->Change Plan).
Now you will be able to see the different pricing plans and the details for each plan for the monthly billing cycle. Choose the plan which best fits your organization's needs.
Please note that the billing cycle starts at the beginning of the month. If you purchased a subscription in the middle of the month, you will be billed for a prorated amount for the first cycle on the day of the purchase.
For monthly billing: The first full charge will apply on the first of the following month. For example: A monthly basic-subscription customer who bought one team member license on the 15th of April, will be billed for $5 on the same day, and then for $10 starting on the 1st of May and at the beginning of every following month.
For annual billing: The first full charge will apply on the first of the month that the subscription was originally purchased. For example: An annual basic-subscription customer who bought one team member license on the 15th of April, will be billed for $92 on the same day, and then for $100 starting on the 1st of April and at the beginning of every following month.

How to cancel Perimeter 81 subscription
In order to cancel your Perimeter 81 subscription, firstly you will need to remove your Perimeter 81 team members in the team area and then remove the servers in the network area.
After removing the users and networks, please go to billing and remove your Perimeter 81 licenses.
After you've completed the two-step above, you can cancel your account by selecting Cancel in the Cancel Subscription section on the bottom of the billing page.
