# Password Requirements

In order to ensure better system security, we enforce the use of a strong password.
Your <span contenteditable="false" translate="no" data-variable="company-name" class="fr-deletable" id="blockvariable">{{variable.company-name}}</span> passwords must include:
 
  * 8 digits
  * at least one upper case letter
  * at least one lower case letter
  * one number
  * one special character
 
**NOTE:**	  Don’t use a password you have used on another site or something too obvious like your pet’s name.
