# Managing Members

1. Access the Check Point SASE Administrator Portal and click **Team**> **Members**.
2. Click the member row.  
The **Edit Member** window appears.

3. To resend the invitation to members who did not accept the invitation within the validity period, click **Resend Invite**.
4. To reset the password, click **Reset Password**, and in the confirmation pop-up that appears, click **Reset Password**.
5. To manage the devices of the user, click **Manage Devices**. The system redirects to the Device Inventory page. For more information, see [Device Inventory](/v1/docs/device-inventory).
6. To change member role, click **Change role**. For more information, see [Member Roles and Permissions](/v1/docs/how-do-i-assign-user-roles).
7. To view the activity of a member, click **View Activity**. The system redirects to the Member Activity page. See [Member Activity](/v1/docs/checking-network-activity).
8. To delete a member, click **Delete Member** and in the confirmation pop-up that appears, click **Delete Member**.
9. To unblock a member, click **Unblock User** and in the confirmation pop-up that appears, click **Unblock User**. For more information, see [Unblocking User Accounts.](/v1/docs/unblocking-user-accounts-database)
10. To generate a Sign-Out code, click **Generate Sign-Out Code**. For more information, see [Generating a Sign-Out Code](/v1/docs/generating-a-sign-out-code).
11. To reset Two-Factor Authentication for a member, click **Reset Database 2FA.**For more information, see [Reset 2FA](/v1/docs/i-changed-my-mobile-and-need-to-reset-google-two-factor-authentication).

## **Changing Member Role**

1. Access the Check Point SASE Administrator Portal and go to **Team > Members.**
2. Click the member row for which you want to change the role.

3. In the **Actions**section, click **Change Role**.

4. Select the role:
  - **User**[](/v1/docs/how-do-i-assign-user-roles#admin)
  - **Admin**
  - **Manager**
  - **User Manager**
  - **Network Manager**
  - **Security Manager**
  - **Billing**
5. Click **Save**.
