# Logs

## Overview

This document provides guidance on collecting log files, an essential process in diagnosing agent and network-related issues. It includes instructions on how to securely send these files to our Support Team using a dedicated script that manually collects and sends the logs to our servers.

#### Sending Check Point SASE Logs and Diagnostics Automatically

1. Click **Support**.
2. Select **Send Logs to Support**.

Following these steps, a collection of logs will be automatically compiled and sent to the Check Point SASE Support Team for analysis.
