# June

## Early Availability

- **Bypass by Application**

Bypass rules now support application-based matching. Administrators can exclude specific applications from HTTPS (TLS) inspection based on the application's identity, rather than by URL or domain. This helps with applications that break under inspection or that use certificate pinning.

**Minimum Agent Version**: 12.9

For more information, see [Bypass Rules](/v1/docs/secure-web-gateway#tenant-restrictions).
- **File Access Policy**

Administrators can now control which file types users can download, scoped by source, destination, and file type. Rules are enforced before threat-prevention scanning. Files that are not blocked continue through normal security inspection.

**Minimum Agent Version**: 12.9
- **Tenant Restrictions - Rule-Based Policy and Expanded SaaS**

Tenant Restrictions now supports a rule-based model. Administrators can define multiple rules per vendor, scope them to user groups, and have them evaluated top to bottom on a first-match basis. Coverage expands to additional SaaS services: Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and Slack. Administrators can block sign-ins to personal or unmanaged accounts.

> **Notes -**
>
> - The rule-based engine and Dropbox support require the Windows agent version 12.10 or higher.
> - The additional SaaS vendors are available on Windows and macOS from agent version 12.9.
- **100 MB File Scanning**

Check Point SASE now supports Threat Prevention scanning for files up to 100 MB. The system skips files larger than 100 MB and generates a log.

**Minimum Agent Version**: 12.9
- **Automatic MTU Detection**

The agent now detects and adjusts the MTU size automatically, improving connectivity on constrained networks.

**Minimum Agent Version**: 12.10

## New Features

**Data Protection for SaaS**

SaaS Security now includes data protection capabilities for connected SaaS applications: threat detection, DLP detection, policy enforcement, and unified event monitoring. Administrators can detect and control sensitive data and malicious files across their SaaS estate from a single view.

## Enhancements

- **Internet Access Dashboard - Drill-Down View**

The Internet Access Dashboard now supports a drill-down view. Selecting any Web Activity or Malware widget opens a side panel listing the underlying events: time, resource, user, and rule name. Administrators can investigate events without leaving the dashboard. Columns are adjustable, and rows can be expanded for further detail.

For more information, see [Internet Access Dashboard](/v1/docs/monitoring-dashboard#internet-access).
- **SaaS Security - Expanded Google Workspace Security Configurations**

The updated Google Workspace integration is now available directly in the Integration Manager and enables many additional Google SSPM security configurations. Existing Google Workspace integrations require a one-time reconnection after the OAuth2 permissions update.
